{"id":6,"date":"2013-11-08T09:44:10","date_gmt":"2013-11-08T14:44:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/puitsbernier.lotus\/?page_id=6"},"modified":"2022-02-24T15:02:52","modified_gmt":"2022-02-24T15:02:52","slug":"arterian-wells","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.puitsbernier.ca\/en\/arterian-wells\/","title":{"rendered":"Artesian wells"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>When Bernier Wells\u00a0undertakes the drilling of an artesian well, we ensure that all safety standards are complied with.\u00a0 Drilling can be a complicated operation \u2013 the best location must be found, the drilling must be done with care, and the correct equipment must be installed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An artesian well is often necessary when buildings are constructed beyond the range of the cities\u2019 water supply networks.\u00a0 The artesian well, together with the <a title=\"Water pump installations\" href=\"http:\/\/www.puitsbernier.ca\/en\/arterian-wells\/water-pump-installations\/\">pumping system<\/a>, becomes the source of water supply for one or several buildings.<\/p>\n<p>The drilling of an artesian well involves the digging of a hole with a drilling rig that drills through the rock down to a water seam in the water table.\u00a0 The borehole, which is often known as a water well, is used to collect underground water from the water table.<\/p>\n<p>It usually takes about a day to dig an artesian well for a residential property, depending on the quantity of water required to meet the needs of the occupants.<\/p>\n<p>An artesian well have many advantages\u00a0over\u00a0a <a title=\"Surface Wells\" href=\"http:\/\/www.puitsbernier.ca\/en\/arterian-wells\/surface-wells\/\">surface well<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The drilling of a well varies depending on the depth of groundwater.
